Akelarre was opened in July 2005 as a complementary service of Hotel Inca Real, it is administered by IñigoSagarna, Basque professional based in Cuenca.
With a capacity for 60 people, it has 2 rooms, a casual friendly and warm café with direct access to the street and to an inside patio with bright and spacious traditional tables.
Akelarre Restaurant offers a varied menu of tapas, entrees and desserts. We have an interesting selection of good wines and cocktails. Our specialty is the VALENCIANA PAELLA, made with the traditional Spanish saffron.
Iñigo speaks French, English and Spanish and is always ready to give our customers a personalized attention with his working team.
